​Admission Details for Classes Nursery to IX & XI

Good Shepherd Public School Sri Ganganagar welcomes you to admission process for the academic year 2023-24.

Eligible Age : Minimum age 3 years as on March 2023 for class Nursery and onwards.

Preference will be given to sibling.

Registration forms will be available at school office. You are requested to fill the form and deposit at the school office duly signed by the parents.

Following documents to be submitted with the application form.

• Self attested copy of the date of birth of the child.

• Original TC countersigned by the education department.

• Self attested copy of Adhaar card and id card/ passport of both parents.

• 4 passport size photographs of the child.

• Self attested copy of report card of the last class attended.

Guidelines for filling the registration form.

• The registration form should be read and filled carefully. No edits and cuttings are allowed in the form.

• The following information should be entered exactly as per the information entered in birth certificate and TC.

• First name, middle name and surname of the child.

• Date of birth of the child.

• Fathers and mothers name.
